Tourmaline Surfer's Memorial

Thank you for supporting the Tourmaline Surfer’s Memorial. To make sure you get your brick engraved correctly please read and fill out this order form carefully. Payment must accompany all orders and we request that you use a separate order form for each order. Please understand that all text is subject to the approval of the Memorial committee. We don’t intend to limit what anyone wants to say but we do have to watch for profanity, lewd comments. etc. Also note that brick placement at the Memorial site will be decided on a lottery basis. All brick purchasers will be notified of the Lottery date and time and if you can’t attend a Memorial committee member will contact you with the location of your brick.

The Memorial Brick purchase price is $200.00 (First come first serve until spaces run out).

Your brick purchase is not tax deductible. The Tourmaline Canyon Surfing Park Memorial Comittee is not a charitable nonprofit organization. We are acting as a private group to fund the surfing memorial.
